These 4 days went by so quick..
Dear: Montreal
These past few days.. It’s been so wonderful here - With my close friends joining me in this new beginning of mine. I appreciate them so much! Let me quickly tell you about the past few days that have gone by.
September 3, 2017
It was raining.. We all wanted to go to beach club but unfortunately due to the weather, we had to change plans so we decided to start our day by going to Kamehameha on St Catherine Street. Kamehameha is restaurant that serves sushi nigiri, poke bowls and mainly Hawaiian snack dishes - Me and Madison found this place through MtlBlog and thank goodness for that because the place was absolutely amazing! Along with our poke bowls, me and Madison shared the Ice cream Fish cone :) We had a twist of matcha green tea and Ube with Nutella filled inside the fish waffle cone. If ever I had any visitors from outside - This would be one of the spots I’d take my friends to! Absolutely different and out of the ordinary.
We decided to walk it off.. On St Catherine street there was suppose to be a gay parade going on but i guess due to the rain - it wasn’t as busy as it should have been. Still we strolled through and admired all the scenery. There was a little area where we saw a bunch of artwork along the walls - We took advantage of taking photos, Marlon was very useful with the camera. He definitely has a good eye for picture taking. I love him for that.
Our evening event - We went to New City Gas.. The club was nice, Mark Knight was spinning and he was alright, he could have been better - The music needed to have more energy and less of hours of house but otherwise the night was fine. The club served free cotton candy and popcorn. We didn’t stay for the whole night but ended the night at the apartment. The others continued their festive while I was a granny - I slept. #noshame haha #takemeasiam.

There was a food truck festival going on so there we decided to go spend our day. Our first food truck we went to was MUZ BOX which served really good Lobster Rolls! That food truck is a money making business! Everyone wanted more and I couldn’t describe it but it reminded me of Las Vegas - Lobster Mania. Beside the food truck - we also wanted to do Zip lining as well! Take off and leap we did - My heart wasn’t racing, I didn’t have any fear when it came to hanging on a rope zipping through one end to another - It was a good experience though so i had a lot of fun.
The food truck event was nice - They were serving free ice coffee by kicking horse, The gang managed to get some to bring home - I’m hoping if it turns out really well - I’d like to buy some in the future. One of my favourite food trucks was Mandy’s Salads Gourmandes, They served this amazing salad which was a salad inspired by poutines. There was also this other place that served a deep fried onion flower with spicy mayo. That was super delicious as well! All these little bites got me really full - It was worth it.

BOTA BOTA spa really amazed me - This spa thats located in Old Port Montreal is a must go see. We had a 90 min massage and it was definitely needed. Thinking about all our events.. I wanted our visitors to make every moment worth it so that they can go back really rejuvenated.
